POSITION DETAILS

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Product Development Execution
- Manage the end-to-end development process from concept to commercialization.
- Review tech packs, design intent, and product specifications, coordinate sample development including proto, SMS, and pre-production samples.
- Ensure product meets design intent, quality standards, and performance requirements.

2. Cross-functional Coordination
- Act as the main windown contact to customer, internal teams, T2/T3 suppliers on the product dev, alignment, timeline and technical issues solving/prevention.
- Lead and drive the communication, ensure the seamless flow of information related to product development.

3. Technical Problem Prevention & Solving
- Identify risks and propose solutions to achieve design intent and manufacturability.
- Work with technical/engineering teams to optimize product construction and improve efficiency.

4. Timeline & Milestone Management
- Track development milestones and ensure samples are made and delivered on schedule.
- Monitor development calendars and proactively manage delays or issues.

5. Costing
- Collaborate with costing and engineering teams to achieve target cost.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization/saving without compromising design or quality.

6. Documentation
- Maintain accurate development documentation including tech pack updates, sample records, and development tracking.
- Provide regular updates on development status, risks, and progress.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile, Shoe Making or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in product development within footwear/apparel manufacturing.
  Experience working with global sportswear brands preferred.
  Understanding of product construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
