Contract management:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure all transactions are legally sound and aligned with company policies;
- Managing the company’s contract template library and maintaining contract documentation;
- Supporting other departments with legal issues related to and arising during contract performance.
Legal consulting:
- Providing legal advice, solution to assist all departments with their legal matters, primarily supporting the Marketing and Sales departments
- Assisting the Marketing team with intellectual property (IP)-related issues, including liaising with IP agencies and coordinating communication between the Trademark and Marketing teams.
Compliance management:
- Managing and developing the company’s compliance framework, including researching and updating new regulations, publishing company notices to raise employee awareness and familiarity with relevant laws and company policies, and conducting regular audits and reports to ensure compliance;
- Assisting the regional Compliance Department by reviewing regional compliance policies, integrating such policies, and publishing notices;
- Conducting regular compliance training sessions for employees.
· General Business Licenses Management: Managing the registration and amendment of the company’s business licenses, including IRC and ERC. Ensuring all license-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and maintaining records of licenses.
· Visa, Work Permit, and Temporary Residence Card Support: Managing the application process for visas, work permits, and temporary residence cards for expatriates.
· Shareholders and Board of Directors (BOD): Arranging and coordinating Shareholders and BOD meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting materials. Managing and maintaining all working documents related to Shareholders and the BOD, including minutes, decisions, and resolutions
· Bachelor’s degree in Law.
· Experience: At least 06 years of relevant experience in a legal, preferably within the food manufacturing industry or a similar sector.
· Solid understanding of business licenses, VISA & Work Permit applications, corporate governance, and intellectual property management.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
· Proficiency in managing legal documents.
