Role Purpose:
The Local Store MKT Executive role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales at KFC stores within a specific region. This role involves working closely with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), other marketing functions, and external partners to create localized marketing plans that align with KFC’s overall brand strategy.
Reporting directly to the Local Store MKT Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
· Marketing Execution: Develop and execute local store marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth; Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for local promotions and campaigns.
· Campaign Management: Plan and implement local marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions, events, and partnerships; Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to ensure effectiveness.
· Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the AM/RGM to understand local market needs and tailor marketing activities accordingly.
· Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations, schools, and businesses to enhance KFC’s presence and reputation; Identify and leverage local sponsorship and partnership opportunities to increase brand visibility.
· Digital and Social Media: Work with the Martech team to oversee local social media accounts, creating and curating content that resonates with the local audience; Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance local store promotions.
· Brand Compliance: Ensure all local marketing activities adhere to KFC’s brand guidelines and standards; Provide training and support to store teams on brand compliance and local marketing best practices.
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
· Must have at least three years of experience in Retail Marketing in the F&B/FMCG industry.
· Must have experience in developing and executing Retail Marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
· Have a good understanding of the food and beverage industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
· Competent in using Data Analysis tools & Digital MKT Performance (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, SQL...).

· Proven track record of working under pressure/to tight deadlines.
· Experience in working with relevant stakeholders.
· Excellent presentation & communication skills
· Budget Management.
· Fluent in English.
