• Follow up on the Invenfory level stock at the 3PL's Hub in combination with the shipping schedule to confirm the suitable booking to ensure the best freight cost and delivery time and minimize the hub storage cost.
• Cooperate and monitor Forwarders/Brands to ensure the customs clearance of inbound /outbound shipments smoothly and on time.
• Check and prepare all necessary customs clearance paperwork for import/export and compliance with the customs regulation and principal.
• Coordinate with Warehouse to ensure all incoming shipments arrive at the expected time and update the conditions of received goods.
• Logistics Pricing and landed cost checking and calculations, make sure all Logistics cosfs are aligned with approved quoftes.
• Provide the landed cost to Finance
• System update, data report, and cost analysis.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• At least 02 experience year in the required fields, Customs regulation, FTAs.
• Proficiency in office computer skills, data analyst cost, Excel
• Fluent written and verbal English skills
• Previous experience in the fashion industry or with international brand is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly with workload & working environment.
