• Follow & control the target of the Customs Clearance department every month, especially cost maximizing.

• Support Sales & Commercial teams to increase cargo volume, especially the bidding.

• Monitor the daily working of staff:

o Develop the performance of the customs declaration team (including documentation staff and brokers).

o Ensure the performance of trucking and delivery.

• Consult customers in customs regulations.

• Increase customer-centricity mindset in the team.

• Reduce the complaints from customers to the maximum.

• Manage team to meet deadlines of daily operation work such as system input, billing, report, etc.

• Meet customers’ requirements following SOP.

• Manage vendors and suppliers.

• Build and standardize BU’s SOPs where necessary.

• Conduct training and increase the staff's keenness in the customs declaration.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

•        Min. 7 years – experience in logistics companies and at least 3 years in customs clearance, managed a team with at least 8 members.

•        Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•        Pleasant personality and a good team player.

•        Good English is preferable.
