Maintenance Supervisor

Daily service performance of all machineries and equipments.

· Monitor all machineries.

· Record down all incidents into logbook.

· Instruct and supervise staffs to do service to any machineries & equipment under requirement of relevant departments.

· Consider damages to replace parts if necessary.

· Instruct mechanic to do mechanical works i.e. welding, fitting, processing new component & installing new machine.

· Follow up the inventory status of raw materials and spare parts to timely submit to Manager for Purchasing Requisition.

Installation, repair & maintenance of all equipments & machineries.

· Assign team leader and mechanics to daily check & maintain all machineries & equipments

· Ensure all machineries & equipment well & properly maintained.

· Not allowed to cause any damages or accidents due to negligence.

· Ensure good quality of contractors and sub-contractors works.

· Ensure good quality of supplied materials of maintain works, installation works.

Do modifications, new designs.

· Study to modify or make new designs for improving system operation.

Reports.

· Make reports as Manager requirement.

· Standard Operation Procedures for maintenance operations

· Records and statistics, Technical documentation, Specific technical documentation, ISO, …

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• University degree or above; Major in Mechanical
• Five (5) - years working experience in the same position and same responsibilities. Previous work experience with foreign investment enterprise is an advantage
• Good knowledge of machinery maintenance, and understand technical documents clearly
• Be able to communicate in English (Listening, speaking and writing)
• Good computer literacy (Ms Office)
• Good to use drawing software (Cad2D, …)
• Knowledge of SAP software is an advantage
• Good job under pressure.
