•The FP&A team oversees overall management of the food business in the APAC region, including business planning, performance tracking, risk prevention, capability transfer to emerging markets, and serving as the control tower.

[Detail in the role/responsibility]

•Analyze and Forecast Global Biz Performance for Short-/Mid-term Goals:

Plan the food business (Short/Mid) and conduct performance analysis.

Implement business metrics and derive insights.

Monitor and analyze key KPIs to provide insights for decision-making.
Timely Consolidation and reporting of regional business performance.

•Drive efficiency and data accuracy through process improvement:

Improve data accuracy and reporting through process optimization
Maintain performance dashboards to enhance management visibility.
Manage planning timelines and ensure on-time deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement in financial and operational processes.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher; Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields

​Experience: •Minimum 1+ years of experience in business management or finance roles in FMCG company overseas.

Competency:

•Ability to collate various types of data & Attention to ensure data reliability

•Strong proficiency in financial reporting tools and MS Excel/PowerPoint

[Base competency]

•Fluent in English (spoken and written),

•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

•Computer Skills : Microsoft Office 2016

Preferred: •Prefer Vietnamese candidates with professional proficiency in English.
