Key Responsibilities
- Work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Location: District 1, HCM
- Oversee the performance of the sales team, liaise with overseas Barsan offices, and manage customer relationships.
- Drive sales growth in the ocean freight market by enhancing the company's sales capacity.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and building relationships with potential clients.
- Arrange and participate in customer meetings and industry events to promote the company's services.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align strategies and achieve objectives.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales performance reports.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements
- 5-12 years of experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, with a focus on sales and business development.
- Proven success in managing P&L and achieving revenue targets within the USA trade lane.
- In-depth knowledge of ocean freight products and operations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Extensive network of customers and vendors, particularly in the US/Canada trade lane.
