Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment assembly, integration, or system qualification.
- Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment.
- Strong understanding of:
- Precision mechanical assembly and alignment
- Motion control systems and servo systems
- Optical systems and calibration
- Electrical wiring and control systems
- CDA/Vacuum systems (preferred)
- Experience performing IQ/OQ/PQ and system validation processes.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&ID diagrams.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and ESD control standards.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Knowledge of quality systems (ISO, 8D, FMEA, SPC) is an advantage.
- Good project coordination and cross-functional communication skills.
- English proficiency: Intermediate or above.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience with system integration in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
- Knowledge of SEMI standards and FAB acceptance procedures.
