As the Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production lines. Your expertise in running and maintaining packing lines for various packaging types will be essential to our success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Packing lines management:
Oversee the day-to-day activities of running or maintaining packing lines for various packaging, including doy bags, pillow bags, PET jars, and other packaging formats.
Ensure smooth production flow, adherence to schedules, and efficient resource allocation.
Collaborate with team to address any operational challenges.
Safety at workplace.
Ensuring ofi’s safety policies are implemented and workforce is kept safe all the time.
Implement quality control measures to maintain product quality and consistency.
Work closely with the QA/QC team to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
Process Optimization:
Continuously evaluate production processes and identify areas for improvement.
Implement process enhancements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
External engagements.
Visit exhibitions and conferences as per time availability to explore new opportunities for improvement in operations.
Keep track of industry trends such as recalls, new investments, growing concerns on food safety etc.
Undertake any other activity as reasonably requested by management.

Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in food technology, manufacturing management, operations management, economics or relevant fields.
Young talent with 3-5 years’ experience in running or maintaining packing lines Or running the production on these lines with a manufacturing company Or manufacturing of these lines (with an OEM).
MUST have proven ability to interact with all stakeholders as a team player.
Experience in driving strategic goals for production as well as overseeing daily operational activities to ensure stability and efficiency in all steps delivering consistently meeting customer requirements.
A proven people leader utilizing coaching and training tools to energize, motivate and lead a workforce utilizing HR interventions when required within the operations.
Applicant must be creative, pro-active, have the ability to “think outside the box” and accept or create new ideas and take calculated risks on new products and process development.
