Workplace: At the Law Firm's Office – Bình Dương

  1. Marketing Strategy Development
    • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the firm's legal services (Civil, Criminal, and Litigation).
    • Design annual marketing plans focusing on achieving a revenue target of 20 billion VND by the end of 2025.
    • Plan and allocate a marketing budget of approximately 5 billion VND per branch annually.
  2. Content Creation and Online Branding
    • Build and manage online communication channels, including social media, website, and email marketing.
    • Create engaging and legally accurate content for online platforms, ensuring the firm’s professionalism is highlighted.
  3. Offline Branding and Brand Development
    • Organize offline branding events to enhance the firm’s reputation in legal consultation and litigation.
    • Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to expand the firm's brand presence.
  4. Campaign Management and Execution
    • Execute both online and offline marketing campaigns to advertise services in civil (land disputes, business disputes) and criminal law (crime-related cases).
    • Monitor campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  5. Media and Communication Management
    • Follow up with media outlets and manage public relations activities to maintain a positive image of the firm.
    • Act as the point of contact for inquiries related to the firm’s marketing and communication activities.
  6. Budget Management and Reporting
    • Track and report the utilization and effectiveness of the marketing budget.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on marketing performance, highlighting ROI and areas for improvement.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in professional services or legal services).
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and familiarity with marketing in the legal sector.
  • Excellent skills in content creation, strategic planning, and campaign management.
  • Proficient in managing online and offline marketing channels.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills for reporting and budget tracking.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
