Mô tả Công việc

1. E-commerce Support

  • Support the execution of e-commerce campaigns across key platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.).
  • Monitor store performance, sales data, promotions, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of campaigns.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, campaign performance reports, and monthly business reviews.

2. Social Media Management

  • Assist in managing brand social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
  • Coordinate with agencies on content creation, posting schedules, and community management.
  • Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Support influencer/KOL campaign coordination and content tracking.
  • Ensure brand assets and content are updated and aligned with brand guidelines.

3. Brand Activation:

  • Support brand activation campaigns in planning, working with agencies, implementing as plan
  • Monitor activation campaigns through collecting feedback from stakeholders and implementing adjustment plan per alignment with key stakeholders

 4. Product Registration Support

  • Assist in preparing documents required for new product registration and regulatory submissions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to collect necessary information and documentation.
  • Track registration timelines and maintain filing records.

5. Marketing Administration & Payment Support

  • Support the processing of purchase requests, payment requests, contracts, and related marketing documentation.
  • Follow up with vendors and agencies on invoices and supporting documents.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of marketing activities. 
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Economics, or related fields. 
  • Full time working (5 days/week)
  • Strong interest in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, and Brand Management.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Canva, AI tools are a plus
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with social media platforms, e-commerce platforms, or marketing projects is a plus.
