- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the aesthetic / plastic surgery clinic
- Lead and manage the marketing team (content, social media, performance, media)
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, website, paid ads, SEO, influencers, KOLs)
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging aligned with clinic values and medical ethics
- Collaborate closely with doctors and consultants to create accurate, educational, and compliant marketing content
- Build and optimize consultation-focused marketing funnels to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and campaign performance
- Analyze marketing KPIs, ROI, and performance data; prepare regular reports and insights
- Support customer retention strategies, CRM, and remarketing campaigns
- Coordinate with external agencies, partners, media, and influencers when needed
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and advertising policies in aesthetic services
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in aesthetic clinics, cosmetic surgery, healthcare, beauty, or spa industry
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or team-leading role is preferred
- Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and plastic surgery services is an advantage
- Korean language proficiency is a plus
- Good communication and presentation skills in English
- Solid experience in digital marketing channels (social media, paid ads, SEO, CRM)
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- Data-driven mindset with good analytical ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced clinic environment
Salary & Benefits
Salary range: 20.000.000 - 30.000.000 VND / month (negotiable based on experience, skills, and language ability)
