Marketing Manager will lead our brand strategy and elevate our presence in the liquid milk & yogurt
categories
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our brand's market position and achieve desired business goals.
• Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior and identify opportunities within the liquid milk segments.
• Collaborate with product development teams to create innovative products that meet consumer needs and preferences.
• Design and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns across various media platforms.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to decide on brand positioning and pricing strategies.
• Foster relationships with key industry players, including retailers and distributors, to enhance brand visibility and sales.
• Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience at the same level, strongly emphasizing the liquid milk or beverage sector within the FMCG industry.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing brands, with a keen understanding of the dairy market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven marketing approach.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively.
