Material Procurement/Order Management Specialist (Chinese)

Execution of Material Procurement Plan: Develop and execute material procurement plans based on production requirements and inventory levels, ensuring smooth production operations.

Supplier Management: Develop and evaluate suppliers to ensure their capabilities, pricing, quality, and delivery schedules meet company requirements.

Order Management and Tracking: Place purchase orders according to the procurement plan and track the execution of orders to ensure timely delivery.

Cost Control in Procurement: Optimize procurement costs while ensuring quality and delivery schedules are met.

Quality Issue Resolution: Coordinate and resolve material quality issues, ensuring materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Procurement Data Management: Manage procurement records and relevant documentation, tracking procurement status and cost data for accuracy.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with production, R&D, quality control, and other departments to ensure timely and compliant material supply.

Market Research: Monitor market dynamics and material prices, regularly analyzing market trends to provide data-driven decision support.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 2-3 years of experience in supply chain procurement and supplier management, preferably with material module experience.
• Proficient in Office software, familiar with common functions/formulas and data tools, ERP management systems, etc.
• Possess a certain degree of data sensitivity for data control and analysis. Have good communication and negotiation skills, with experience in contract price negotiations being a plus.
• Have a sense of service, responsibility, and the ability to handle pressure.
• Strong goal orientation and the ability to break down and execute tasks to achieve goals..
• Outgoing, communicative, and fluent in English are preferred
