A. INTEGRATED MEDIA PLANNING (Digital Focus):
• Annual Media Planning Process: Build overall media strategy to turn Brand Plans into measurable & impactful media activations, campaigns calendar and budget phasing.
• Media Buying Efficiency & Effectiveness: Continuously improve media performance by benchmarking with industry best-practices from buying rate-cards, measurement framework to optimization technologies (A.I, automation and platform best-practices).
• Manage Media Budget allocation: with target of savings through optimizing spending, commercial negotiation & Digital innovations.
• Campaign Management & Reporting: Directly manage upper-funnel campaigns and collaborate with Performance team on lower-funnel activations.
B. AGENCY MANAGEMENT & PARTNERSHIP:
• Manage performance of agencies: from Integrated Media (Planning and Buying), Social (KOL & Communities), Partnership & Sponsorship, Digital Content (Livestream / Affiliate Marketing) to potential partners in Digital marketing transformation (Social Listening, Automation, E-Commerce etc...)
• Integrator between Internal Team (Brand, Ecom, Research) & External Agencies: Cascade business and brand understanding to relevant partner to ensure alignment between agencies’ proposal with brand’s job-to-be-done.
C. DIGITAL CAPABILITIES:
• Digital Upskilling: Together with Head of Marketing, build a media innovation culture within internal Marico SEA while growing Digital media capabilities through Training & Workshops for Marketing Team & relevant cross functions.
• Global Engagement: Work closely with Global Center of Excellence (Digital & Media) to learn best practices, adapt and cascade relevant know-hows to Vietnam, ensures strategic media framework to be carried on across categories.
• University graduate in Marketing, Media & Communications, Business or related Majors.
• Minimum with 4-5 years of experience in managing Media / Digital Marketing from FMCG / Personal Care companies or Media Agencies managing FMCG accounts.
• Must-have: Digital & E-Commerce domains knowledge (Solutions, Metrics, Full funnel touchpoints); Platform eco-system (Ads solution, Technology, Content that works) and hunger for innovation & growth initiatives.
• Prefer but not a must: Integrated Media knowledge (Traditional Media, OOH, Sponsorship and Digital).
• Good communication and stake-holder management skills; Good analytical skills; Fluency in both Vietnamese and English for Presentation skills.
