1. Sample Development & Execution
Develop samples across all stages (Onsite, Proto, IPT Proto, SMU, Late Add, 360/KAS/SLM, etc.).
Receive, verify, translate, and process tech packs, buyer requirements, and orders.
Hand over technical details, conduct internal alignment meetings, and track sample delivery progress.
Receive buyer feedback/comments and direct implementation to related departments.
Monitor garment/fabric test results; notify buyers for approval and advise solutions if needed.
Update markers and GSD data for the costing team at each sample stage.
Maintain and update tracking charts (keeping, sealing, fitting, outsourced printing) for relevant teams.
Process buyer requests, including sample shipment confirmations, WIP updates, and mockups.
2. Graphic & Embellishment Development
Review graphic specifications on tech packs (dimensions, colorways, graphic techniques).
Coordinate fabric release, track strike-off submissions, and obtain vendor pricing.
Submit lab testing, track results, and report findings to buyers.
Send strike-offs to buyers for approval and coordinate feedback implementation.
Collect and forward external vendor invoices and documents to the accounting team.
3. Production Handover
Hand over approved tech packs and sealing comments to the bulk production team.
Pass on buyer updates and revisions to production teams in a timely manner.
4. System Management & Product Review
Input and update final buyer data into the ERP system to support bulk production.
Participate in pre-production / product review meetings to address potential bulk issues.
5. Other Tasks
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Education & Experience: College/University degree in Garment/Textile Technology, or at least 1 year of relevant experience in the apparel industry.
Language Skills: Good English communication; proficient in reading and translating garment tech packs/documents.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and standard software.
