Be responsible for MSA/Calibration system establishment and maintenance, setting standards, trouble shooting, data analysis by leveraging quality tools, leading or co-leading quality measurement system continual improvements.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and maintain MSA system requirements, follow-up with the related execution
Track the calibration / MSA results and drive the related improvements.
Lead or co-lead the deviation investigation and drive / verify the related corrective actions.
Lead the quality data analysis to drive the related improvements
Provide the related the coach/supports to build the team’s capabilities

Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, mechanical automation, chemistry, and material analysis, etc
More than 2 or above years experience in li-ion battery factory is preferred.
Familiar with MSA and other quality tools on trouble shooting, data analysis.
Fluent English skills on reading and writing, good oral English skill is preferred
