Principle Accountabilities/ Trách nhiệm chính:
To increase revenue by expanding TOUS les JOURS business in B2B channel as Company’s Strategic Plan
To co-ordinate with other relevant departments to achieve Sales target

Roles & Responsibility/ Vai trò & Trách nhiệm:
Set up the periodical Business Plan for Sales B2B channel (monthly/ quaterly/ yearly…)
Deploy monthly, quarterly and yearly sales volume, KPIs, targets as well as Company strategies
Co-operate with other departments: Marketing & Sales Operation … to achieve the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales revenue as well as Company targets
Define & seek the new and potential customer zone for expanding our business
Build the customer system and maintance the good relationship with all HORECA customer such as: Hotel/ Café & Restaurant/ Catering/ Fast Food Chain and Convenience Store…
Negotiate with the Customer about the cost and all terms or conditions business contract as Company’s regulation
Closely work with other department: Sales Operation/ Marketing / Production & Logistic to solve any complaint or concerns of B2B customers
Keep following up the business contract with the customer…, timely update and work out the soultions for any specific issues
Work with customer & relevant department to review and renew the expired business contract, … properly
Co-ordinate with Acccounting to check & remind customer in AR/ debt of B2B channel
Closely keep in touch maintance good relationship with the existing customer
