1. Job overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced North Business Development Specialist (Project, D&B) to lead and grow our project and design & build sales in the Northern region of Vietnam. The role focuses on residential and hospitality and design & build segments, with the responsibility to establish key business relationships, promote the brand, identify new opportunities, and driving project execution across residential, hospitality, and D&B segments.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Drive project and Design & Build sales growth in Northern Vietnam, focusing on residential, hospitality, and commercial segments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and key project stakeholders.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new project opportunities through market intelligence, networking, and direct customer engagement.
• Promote the company's products, solutions, and brand to influence project specifications and increase market penetration.
• Manage project pipelines from opportunity identification through project completion, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales Support, Technical, Marketing, and Logistics, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and support business planning.
• Prepare sales forecasts, project updates, and business development reports for the National Sales Manager.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term strategies to strengthen the company's project and Design & Build business in the Northern market.
• University degree (preferably in Architecture, Construction, or Technology)
• At least 5 years of experience in project/ design & build sales or business development
• Proven track record and existing network with decision-makers in the project business
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Professional, persuasive, and service-oriented personality
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive in work
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills are an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Travel north market for business regularly
• Able to work independently and in team settings
