1. Online Sales Planning by Category
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Marketing teams to develop monthly/quarterly/yearly sales forecasts and revenue targets.
- Propose category/product priorities based on seasonality, market trends, and customer behavior insights.
- Plan and execute product-push campaigns (e.g., Hot Deals, Bundles, Flash Sales, etc.).
2. Day-to-Day Storefront & Order Operations
- Catalog & Inventory Maintenance: Execute daily listing maintenance, adding/removing products, adjusting prices, handling listing violations, and troubleshooting live inventory sync errors.
- Order & Store Support: Act as the primary escalation point to monitor order fulfillment status and support physical stores with daily order exceptions.
- Operational Health Monitoring: Track key delivery and operational performance indicators (KPIs) and report discrepancies to relevant teams.
3. Campaign Management & Marketing Execution
- Promotion Setup: Submit deals to platform campaign portals and configure vouchers, combo deals, gifts, and whitelists directly on the merchant backend.
- Visibility & Marketing Optimization: Order creative banners, coordinate with Key Account Managers (KAM) at Grab for optimal visibility setup, and track onsite marketing initiatives (packages, ads, and affiliates).
4. Stakeholder & Platform Management
- External Platforms: Act as the primary point of contact via platform chat groups and emails to negotiate campaigns, exclusive brand deals, and resolve issues.
- Internal Teams: Collaborate daily with Merchandising (NH), Supply Chain (SC), IT, Finance/Accounting (FA), Digital Marketing, and Retail Store Operations (SO).
5. Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Compile weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
