Mô tả Công việc
Job Objective:
- To manage daily EDD operational follow the company process, policy and procedure
- To make sure enough product at EDD to sales
Key roles and responsibilities:
1. Inventory control
- Supervise the warehousing
- Control Inventory in System and actual
- Monthly Stock Check
2. AR Control
- Control and manage SFA data
- Check AR Report
3. Cash control
- Reconcile Cash report and DSR
- Manage petty cash of EDD
4. Delivery control
- Arrange the daily delivery route
- Status Delivery Report
- Delivery sevice level (100% delivery)
- Confirm Delivery Cost (COD, Unloading, Road fee, Rental Car and bike fee)
5. EDD monthly Closing
- Check EDD Cash in account
- Check EDD revenue account
- Check EDD Cash out account
- Check Inventory account
- Check AR account
- Other Project from FECM, FAM

Qualification and Experience
- Education: Economic university
- Experience: Have 4 years experience about accounting and operational control
Capability requirement:
- Specific knowledge about Operation of branches, control cost, manage employees.
- Personalities: Carefully, Honerst, interity, willing to learn, willing to work extra time
- Ability to work fast, effectively, under high pressure.
- Ability to work overtime for meeting deadlines.
- Proficient at Office (excel) and accounting software.
- Able to self-acknowledged and learn from experience, able to acquire knowledge for self–improvement
- Able to communicate in English.
