Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in CRM system management and process automation. Experience with Python and other programming languages is essential.

Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
ROLES
The Operations Enhancement Specialist is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of automated processes within the CRM system. This role involves working closely with various departments to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and improve overall efficiency through the use of automation tools and programming languages, primarily Python. The specialist will ensure the CRM system is optimized to meet the business needs and support strategic objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Automation: Design and implement automated workflows within the CRM system to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
Data Management: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of CRM data through automated data entry, cleansing, and validation processes.
Programming: Develop scripts and programs using Python and other relevant tools to support CRM automation initiatives.
System Integration: Integrate the CRM system with other business applications to enable seamless data flow and process automation across platforms.
Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain automated reporting and analytics solutions to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations, to understand their needs and develop automated solutions.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to CRM automation processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of automated processes, scripts, and system configurations.

REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
Strong understanding of database architecture, schema design, indexing, and normalization.
Experience with data upload, transformation, and validation processes.
Familiarity with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Database Administrator, Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
