Operations Finance Manager (VIET NAM JCR)

As a Finance business partner, you will be leading the finance team to manage multi-business units and working closely with management, functional heads, Group Finance as well as shared service finance team.

FP&A:

·        Prepare strategic plans and business reviews (Quarterly Business Review & Annual Operating Plans), drive budgeting and forecasting process

·        Prepare financial projections of new brands’ entry and functional planning e.g. logistic cost, IT cost, capital budgeting investment decisions (e.g. Central Kitchen expansion)

·        New store/ renovations CAPEX application and analysis

·        Set up and standardized FP&A framework across multiple brands for Singapore markets

o   Comparing historical results against budgets and forecasts, and performing variance analysis to explain the gap in sales and PL performances

o   Supporting fact-based decision making to drive the business. For example, review macro-economic indicators and market intelligence, marketing promotions, product mix analysis, store closure reviews, operations management review etc

o   Closely work with Local/Regional/HK team to implement best practices into local market

Performance measurement:

·        Adopt KPIs & performance metrics based on regional guidelines and drive cross functions to deliver the expected results

·        Financial target and operations standard setting, drive operations to deliver the expected results

·        Design and track sales incentives scheme

Systems and Process improvement

·        Participate in system migration, support digitalization & launch of new systems/ processes/ BI tools & analytics through coordination with cross functions including Finance, IT and Operations

·        Maintain knowledge management of Finance functions and BI, e.g. documentations of data glossary, charts of accounts, business flows, training materials etc

·        Adopt proper accounting treatment and manage shared services team on month-end procedures and transactional processes

·        Set up and enforce the internal business workflows and practices are properly in-place.

Requirement:

·        Major in Business, Accounting or Finance with at least 8 years of FP&A experience and in a supervisory role. CPA is preferred.

·        Experienced in MNC and chains operations. F&B is preferred.

·        Fluent in English. Presentable.

·        Self-learner & team player. Drives results and seeks alignment & resources in a multi-branding, matrix organizations.

·        Enjoy a dynamic environment and fast pace of growth.

·        Strong leadership & vision, build Finance (FP&A) function to meet business objectives and drive growth through FP&A

·        Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint). Experienced in BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), AX / D365 will be an advantage.
