As the Operations Manager for Signature by The Coffee House, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and success of our fine dining establishments. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects, from coffee to fine dining, with a keen focus on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. This position requires a dynamic individual with a proactive attitude, resilience under pressure, and a passion for both the hospitality and business sectors.
Operational oversight:
· Manage day-to-day operations of Signature by The Coffee House, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
· Implement and enforce operational standards and procedures to maintain quality and consistency.
· Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Customer Experience Enhaancement:
· Uphold the highest standards of service excellence, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for every guest.
· Proactively address customer feedback and complaints, striving to exceed expectations and foster loyalty.
· Develop initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, driving repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
P&L Management:
· Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving strategies.
· Prepare and present comprehensive reports to the CEO, detailing financial performance, key metrics, and actionable insights.
· Work closely with the finance team to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with organizational goals.
Team Management:
· Provide strong leadership and guidance to the operational team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
· Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify training needs, and provide mentorship to enhance individual and team capabilities.
Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude in all interactions.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration
Proven experience in operations management within the hospitality industry, with a focus on both coffee and fine dining establishments.
Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to analyze data, interpret financial reports, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, including staff, customers, and senior management
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines effectively.
English is strong enough to communicate with foreign customers.
