Job description
1. Purchasing and inventory planning
– Cooperate wit Sales/sales support team to get customer demand forecast analyze to understand the trend, verify the reason of fluctuation
– Get quotation from factories, negotiate price and relating terms
– Issue purchasing order to factories, control purchasing price, prepare standard stock, safety stock following purchasing budget
– Monitor and manage stock on hand daily to ensure delivery to customers
– Work closely with supplier for every purchasing/ delivery/ quality issue

2. Warehouse and Logistics controlling
– Corporate with logistics agency for all related documents, procedures, process for import and export (HS code, tax rate, CO, customs clearance…)
– Follow up together with logistics agency to finish import-export procedure in time and efficiently
– Finding suitable forwarder, control relating fee/cost
– Supervise /instruct warehouse to ensure smooth inbound an outbound, and proper warehouse operation.
3. Other task as to be assigned

Job Requirement:
– Strong education background with at least a Bacheor’s Degree, major in Economy and Business administrative is preferable
– Two years and above of relation experience
– Good communication skills (writing and speaking) in English
– Good work ethics, capacity to learn and adapt to changing at work
– Careful and detail-oreiented, with a strong focus on accuracy
– Positive-minded, strong in organizing, good skill of time management.
– Preferable Age Range: 23-30
