Collect, clean, and consolidate production and test data (yield, defect, …) from multiple sources/stations to build a reliable dataset for analysis

Monitor production yield performance through statistical summaries; flag abnormal shifts or drops in real time

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on automation testing and manual inspection data to identify defect patterns, correlations, and root-cause hypotheses

Apply statistical and analytical methods (Pareto analysis, control charts (SPC), regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and where applicable basic predictive/anomaly-detection models) to support failure investigations and data-driven decision making

Build and maintain simple analytical tools, scripts, or dashboards (Excel/JMP/Minitab/Python) to automate recurring data analysis and reporting tasks

Translate data findings into actionable insights, supporting the development and implementation of effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to eliminate root causes and improve product reliability

Prepare clear, data-backed failure analysis reports and visualizations, communicating findings and recommended solutions to internal stakeholders and external customers

Propose, collaborate, and lead data-driven quality improvement initiatives, using metrics to track and validate impact

Coordinate with relevant departments and suppliers, using shared data insights to ensure rapid resolution of issues and continuous process improvement

Support customer audits, quality reviews, and improvement initiatives with data analysis and reporting as needed

Bachelor's degree in Optics, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field

Preferably 1–3 years of experience in camera module production, precision optics, or imaging test

Fresh graduates with a strong background in optics, or in data science/data analytics, are also welcome to apply
