Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers, leveraging your persuasive abilities to effectively promote our products and services.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities by gathering key customer information and understanding their needs to recommend suitable solutions.
Engage professionally and persuasively with prospects, clearly communicating the features, advantages, and benefits of our offerings.
Follow up on leads consistently, maintaining ongoing communication to nurture relationships and enhance sales conversion chances.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring thorough documentation and necessary follow-up actions.
Work closely with the sales team by providing qualified leads and valuable insights to support an effective follow-up process.
Stay informed about product details, industry trends, and competitor offerings to strategically position our products and services in the market.

Qualifications:
At least 1-3 years experience as a Telesales/Sales/Customer Service
Working experience in Telesales with Tech/IT Solutions/Logistics industry is highly preferred
English fluency is nice to have
Resilience and perseverance to do cold-calling and handling rejection in a constructive manner
Solid persuasive and negotiation abilities to influence buying decisions.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems or call centre software.
Have start-up spirit with constructive and adaptable approach
