大件项目经理 - Oversized Cargo Project Manager

网络规划建设 / Network Planning & Development

• 负责越南大件物流网络规划与搭建；Responsible for planning and building the oversized cargo logistics network in Vietnam
• 规划仓网、干线运输网络及末端配送网络；Design warehouse network, line-haul transportation network, and last-mile delivery network
• 制定网络覆盖、时效及成本优化方案。Develop solutions for network coverage, transit time, and cost optimization

资源开发管理 / Resource Development & Management

• 开发和管理运输供应商及区域配送商；Develop and manage transportation vendors and regional delivery partners
• 建立供应商准入及考核机制。Establish vendor onboarding and performance evaluation mechanisms

解决方案设计 Solution Design

• 建立产品标准、报价模型及运营标准；Establish product standards, pricing models, and operational standards
• 支持重点客户项目开发与导入。Support key account project development and implementation

运营体系建设 Operations System Development

• 建立大件业务SOP及KPI体系；Build SOPs and KPI systems for oversized cargo operations
• 推动运输、仓储及配送标准化运营；Drive standardization across transportation, warehousing, and delivery
• 持续优化时效、质量及成本表现。Continuously optimize performance in transit time, quality, and cost

1. 任职要求

• 本科及以上学历，物流、供应链相关专业优先；
• 5年以上物流行业经验，3年以上大件物流网络规划经验；
• 熟悉大件输网络设计及成本测算；
• 具备家电、大件配送行业经验优先；
• 具备较强项目管理及资源整合能力； 能适应越南工作环境
• 流利中文，优先考虑会英语者

1. Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the logistics industry, including at least 3 years in oversized cargo network planning
• Familiar with oversized logistics network design and cost calculation
• Experience in home appliances or bulky goods delivery is a plus
• Strong project management and resource integration capabilities
• Able to adapt to working in Vietnam
• Fluent in Chinese; candidates with English proficiency are preferred.
