Job Summary:

We are seeking an Account Payable Accountant to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in operating and recording data of account payable and expense functions.

Responsibilities:

- Receive and review payment request for non-trade to ensure the completeness of supporting document of each expense, prepare payment list follow payment cycle.

- Checking and recording actual invoice related to MOFT trade term.

- Checking and recording actual invoice related to landed cost.

- Ensure the payment for DVL is aligned with payment term on time in full.

- Prepare document for each payment from super margin follow guideline from finance.

- Prepare payment request, supporting document for oversea purchase.

- Accounting entries related to expense and AP, clearing AP.

- Ensure capital costs and maintenance expenses are correctly recognized.

- Monthly allocation of prepaid expenses and depreciation.

- Monthly accrual operation expense and super margin fees related to MOFT.

- Prepare Fixed Asset Register.

- Implement yearly FA stock count.

- Prepare monthly AP Aging report.

- AP reconciliation on FAST.

- Other tasks, ad hoc projects required by GA/CA.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements and skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Accountant or related field.

- Good understanding of Vietnamese Tax and VAS.

- 3+ years of experience in the same position.

- Skills: ERP system, FAST, Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

- Detail-oriented and working under pressure.

- Experience in trading industry is perfect.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
