About us

Salvia is a leading mobile app specializing in Tarot and Psychic services in the international markets. We connect users with expert readers globally, offering personalized guidance and insights. As we expand, we're looking for a skilled Performance Marketing / User Acquisition to join our team and help us grow our user base through targeted advertising strategies.

We are a small and fast-moving team. Therefore, we need a talent who has a customer-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership, flexibility, and courage to build & grow products from scratch with us.

Responsibilities:

- Create UA & advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity, etc.) to drive install and revenue growth for the company’s products in the global market.

- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and make appropriate optimizations.

- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate ad effectiveness and continuously improve campaign performance.

- Own App Store Optimization (ASO) and optimise app store listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, screenshots, etc.) to improve visibility and conversion rates.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging UA opportunities to maintain competitive advantage.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing for mobile game or app

- Hands-on experience with one of ad platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Unity Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, ...

- Familiarity with tracking systems such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer or Adjust

- Business mindset and knowledge of the mobile game/app for global market is preferred (but not required)

- Proactive and highly responsible

- Feel at ease when communicating in English

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

- From Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

- Location: Cobi Tower II, No. 2-4, Street No. 8, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
