• Coordinating and updating worldwide quality performance specification(QPS). Working with the third-party testing partners and internal teams to collect material/finished shoe quality test reports, updating brand’s physical test standard on the timely basis.
• Provide the most up to date information to make sure material suppliers and shoe factories are following brand’s Physical testing program/standard.
• Monitoring materials and finished shoes physical testing, work with internal teams to make sure materials and finished shoes meet brand’s requirements in each stage(from PD to production).
• To follow up collecting samples and conduct random test to verify the materials/ finished shoe meet brand’s requirements.
• Be responsible for reporting issues or concerns in the early stage.
• Familiar with Utility (PPE) Shoe testing standard, ASTM and CSA specially
• Familiar with testing lab certification standard ISO 17025
