PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
- Manage inventories and ensure that material resources are consistent with production schedules.
- Organize production according to demand and quality standards.
- Ensure our goods are produced on time.
- Well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them.
- You is organized and results-driven with great problem-solving skills. Advanced communication and computer skills.
- The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production operations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Developing production schedules based on demand forecasts to meet customer requirements.
- Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders request.
- Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
- Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials.
- Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
- Communicating with other departments within the organization regarding production schedules and deadlines
- Determine manpower, equipment needed to cover production demand.
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
- Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports, analysis GAP between plan and actual.
- Monitoring inventory levels.
- Coordinating with sale team and warehouse team to arrange for delivery of finished products to customers.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, maintenance, production, quality control, warehouse.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- At least 3 years working as Planning Manager (with lower experience candidates also can apply as Production Planning Executive).
- Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
- Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning).
- Good at excel, working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
- Good at math and statistics.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field.
- Ability to English communication.
- It's also better if candidate has experience in feed or food industry.
