Pre-shipment Inspector – Electrical & Electronics background

• Study and understand basic Client Procedures, Guidelines, and Inspection Protocols before performing inspections
• Support preparation for inspections (checking schedule, preparing tools, documents)
• Perform pre-shipment inspections, sample checking, and container loading supervision under guidance of Senior Inspector/Coordinator
• Conduct product checks based on defined criteria and Standard AQL 2859-1
• Record inspection findings accurately and support preparation of inspection reports
• Assist in sample collection and handling during inspections
• Support Coordinators in maintaining inspection documents, records, and tools
• Follow company procedures and ensure compliance with basic quality and safety requirements
• Other tasks assigned by Supervisor

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Basic understanding of electrical & electronic products or manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with AQL 2859-1 or quality inspection is a plus (not mandatory)
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 or related standards is an advantage
• Good observation skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Good English communication (reading & writing reports)
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Willing to travel for inspections and work in factory environments
• Physically fit for on-site inspection work
