Mô tả Công việc
- Support TPM program: AM pillar, PM pillar Conduct proper reactive maintenance; lead troubleshooting in cooperation with other teams
- Conduct proper plan and action of preventive maintenance
- Ensure new machines & NPD fixture set-up, buyoff & hand-over successfully
- Ensure machine, tool & fixture improvement through Kaizen activities
- Prepare reports, machine documentation and provide full training to technician team
- Support management in planning & implementing layout/ production technology & strategy
- Control all technician performance Make sure all production machine run smoothly
- Control for PM meet all department target (MTTR, MTTF, Downtime rate
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: BS degree in Engineering or Sciences, prefer from the field of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Automation Engineering
Experience: 3 years or above working experience of Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
Other Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, strong analytical skills, scheming and organizational skills
- Good cooperation and management skills, teamwork oriented, proactive/initiative attitudes, can work independently with high pressure
- Fluent spoken and written English
