To assist Procurement Manager in coordinating with related department and other the relevant parties (inside or outside departments) to complete procurement activities.
To check and negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms, delivery on time.
To continue in initiating the best ways to reduce procurement expenses.
To manage existing contracts and contract review.
To experience in collecting, consolidating and analyzing data.
To report at any time as per Line manager’s request.
Other tasks assigned by Procurement Manager.

University degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge in standards of quality systems.
Good communication and strong negotiation skills.
Strong analytical capability and good in data/ figures.
Self-disciplined with ability to work independantly and under high pressure with multitasking.
Intermediate English level.
Proficient in ERP/ Microsoft Office and office-communication system.
