Procurement Specialist (8-month Temp)

1) Job summary:

- Manage the sourcing of Facilities and IT categories to deliver the best value for Procurement department's goals from developing procurement strategies and applying to implement best in class, tracking and reporting POV status

- The YOY spend is based on each category for Indirect or Direct, around from $8MM to $20MM

2) Key duties:

- Lead & execute procure activities in each own categories; determine the appropriate strategies to partnering with the best local/global suppliers for company target delivery

- Lead in reviewing performance and accessing capability and degrees of motivation of suppliers to improve their performance and develop / maintain / grow relationships with key suppliers

- Manage strategic sourcing events, negotiate supply agreements and contracts.

- Participate in regional / global sourcing activities for incumbent categories

- CMS system usage for contract management. Review and monitor contract performance to ensure effective implementation and compliance with contractual obligations and deal with changes and variances in contracts

- Daily operation management and optimization

- Work together with Global SEA Hub team, CEPG and Country cross-functional teams to develop supply strategies / scorecard

- Other assigned projects/assignments

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

-      At least 3-year experience in Procurement from FMCGs

-      University/Bachelor’s Degree

-      Strong data & report analytical, negotiation, contracting, communication (verbal & written).

-      Result-oriented

-      Time management.

-      SAP Knowledge

-      Proven ability to influence stakeholders to comply with appropriate Procurement practices

-      Proficiency in MS office

-      Team-oriented

-      Proactive attitude
