Procurement Specialist (8Month contract)

• Translate forecast into reliable demand plan, manage stocks based on realistic sales performance:

• Identify new vendor, evaluation, selection of best Vendors

• Conducting negotiation in Commercial terms with Vendors, signing and implementing purchase and service contracts

• Build and Manage Vendor performance: OTIF, NC handling, periodically audit

• Price analysis, do comparison and submit decision note

• Update Market trend, Price forecasting, manage buying rate effectively and within budget

• Work closely with cross functions to develop new packaging within NPD timeline

• Identify cost optimized opportunities and conduct evaluation process to implementation

• Supervision, monitor and report on the progress of work, ensuring the activities of purchasing Team comply with policies, regulations, processes, and commitment to quality of goods & services

• Manage contract with Vendors and renew once expired

• Perform other jobs as required by the Line manager.

Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

• Graduated from University of Business Administration or related majors

• Experience at least 4 years as the same position in Packaging Materials procurement (preferred Label, Glass bottle, Laminate)

• Be responsible, result- oriented, honest, dynamic and withstand high pressure in work

• Have the skills to negotiate, stake holder management, communicate, conduct and understand the relevant goods market

• Good use of office computers (Excel, Word, etc.)

• Foreign language: Good English communication (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing)
