Mô tả Công việc

I. CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • Oversee and manage all product listings across various sales platforms (Website, Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, Tiktokshop).
  • Ensure that product information is accurately and effectively presented. This role will involve managing product content creation (photography, attribute entry, naming, and content writing across all sales channels).
  • The Product Content Team Leader is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate product listings and maintaining an organized and efficient workflow

II. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Manage All Product Listings: Oversee and manage product listings on all sales platforms.
  • Product Content Creation: Lead the creation of product content, including but not limited to photography, attribute entry, naming, and content writing, ensuring that each product is presented professionally and consistently.
  • Content Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of product content by maintaining product information integrity and consistency across all platforms.
  • Timely Updates: Ensure all product listings are kept up-to-date and free from backlogs.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including the marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams, to ensure that product listings align with the company's branding and marketing strategies.
  • Data Management: Maintain product data and attribute information, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Team management & Performance tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of product listings to identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance product discoverability, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

I. PERSON'S SPECIFICATION

- Relevant Experience:

  • Minimum 04 years of working experience
  • Proven experience in managing product content and product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to ensure product listings are consistently updated and free from backlogs.
  • Proficient in e-commerce platforms and product information management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in content creation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and an eye for visual detail.
  • A good understanding of SEO and product presentation best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and track the performance of product listings.
  • Leadership skills to manage a team of content creators.
