Product Development Executive

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Product Development, Coordination & Data Management

• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and manufacturing partners throughout the product lifecycle. 

• Follow up on product development progress (sampling, specifications, packaging, timelines) and ensure alignment of requirements across teams. 

• Coordinate with factories to address issues related to quality, cost, and timelines. 

• Maintain accurate and well-organized product data, documentation, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

2. Product Planning & Market Support

• Support basic market research and collect inputs from internal teams.

• Assist in preparing product information for internal alignment and product introduction.

• Support product readiness for launch

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

• Fluency in English.

• Strong information management skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and synthesize data effectively.

• 1–4 years of experience in product coordination, sourcing, or supply chain.

• Experience in baby, maternity, consumer goods is highly preferred.

• Experience working with international markets (US preferred).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work across time zones when required.
