Product Development Supervisor (Furniture experience)

- Oversee the entire sample development process, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client specifications.

- Act as a central point of communication, collaborating effectively with PD, Technical teams, and Sample Makers to translate design concepts into manufacturable samples.

- Possess a strong understanding of furniture construction methods and materials, particularly veneers and panel development.

- Work creatively to identify the most efficient and cost-effective ways to produce samples while maintaining the highest quality standards.

- Directly communicate with clients, understand their requests, and manage expectations throughout the development process.

- Partner with the PD Technical team to create and meticulously review all sample drawings, ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility.

- Maintain a highly organized and proactive approach, prioritizing tasks and anticipating potential challenges to ensure a smooth workflow.

- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the sample development team.

- Conduct market research and identify emerging trends in furniture design and functionality to inform new sample development.

- Collaborate with PD on developing product specifications and collection standards that balance aesthetics, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.

- Stay updated on the latest materials, finishes, and manufacturing technologies to ensure samples showcase cutting-edge advancements.

- Oversee sample costing and analyze BOMS to ensure accurate quotations.

- Analyze sample development results and provide valuable feedback to the PD, TECH, Production team for future iterations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• College degree. /Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng trở  lên.
• Able to write and speak English at high level./Có khả năng viết và nói tiếng Anh ở trình độ cao.
• Good computer skill in MS word. Excel, Access./Các kỹ năng vi tính tốt: MS word. Excel, Access.
• Good communication in Vietnamese/Kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Việt tốt
• Reliable, accurate and hard working./Đáng tin cậy, chính xác và chăm chỉ.
• Can work under high pressure /Khả  năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao.
• Can work OT when needed./Có thể làm việc tăng ca nếu cần thiết.
