Job summary: Focus on Food & Non-food (Merchandise)
• Manage team.
• Develop the new product.
• Responsible for generating sales through creative displays that capture customers’ attention. Leading the execution of Visual Merchandise projects to ensure that the customer experience is optimized, driving sales and profitability. Creating an engaging and immersive environment to differentiate the company's products from competitors and build brand recognition and loyalty among customers.
Production planning and budget management:
• Create, develop & manage visual concept for new product, seasonal products.
• Manage budgets and ensuring that all productions are executed within budget constraints.
• Work with suppliers to ensure on quality and production timeline.
In-store Visual Merchandise execution management:
• Create and implement a visual merchandising tactical strategy/ plan for the stores, ensuring that
the strategy is in line with our brand, products, and target market.
• Creating eye-catching store layouts that showcase the brand and aesthetic of the company.
• Train store staff on VM techniques and standards, ensuring that they are able to effectively
maintain displays and create an engaging customer experience.
• Liaise and coordinate with operations in the implementation of promotional brand activities and
visual retail executions.
• Conduct frequent store visits with VM Store Visit report submitted to evaluate on store POP
(Point of Purchase) and VM tools condition to ensure the stores follow brand and VM
standards.
• Responsible for VM tools management, ensure all stores have the right VM tools.
• Have 1 to 3 years of experience in Branding and Product, Merchandise MKT in the F&B and FMCG industries.
• Have experience in team management.
• Have skills in research and market analysis.
• Knowledgeable about tea and coffee.
• Proficiency in presentations and PowerPoint presentations.
