Product Owner

Product Roadmap & Backlog

• Build and manage the Product Roadmap and Product Backlog, prioritizing features based on business goals, user needs, and product insights.
• Translate business requirements into clear User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, user flows, and feasible product solutions.

Product Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor product KPIs, user behavior, and feedback to evaluate feature performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Continuously improve web/mobile products and optimize delivery based on data, business impact, and user needs.

Product Development & Agile Delivery

• Collaborate closely with Business, UI/UX, Developers, QA/QC, Data, and external partners throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Drive Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, review, and continuous alignment with stakeholders.
• Work with UI/UX teams on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to deliver intuitive, user-centric experiences.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong Business Analysis skills with experience in Product Backlog, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and feature prioritization.
• Good understanding of UI/UX, wireframes, and prototyping; familiar with Figma, Visio, Balsamiq, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce is a plus.
