The Production Senior Staff is responsible for managing mold-related production activities, ensuring production efficiency, supporting process standardization, maintaining production documentation, and coordinating with cross-functional departments to achieve quality, productivity, and compliance objectives.
1. Production & Mold Team Coordination
- Support the management and daily operation of the Production Mold Team.
- Monitor and review production performance and operational issues.
- Check and follow up on top issues recorded by Team Leaders in the Hydra system.
- Prepare daily reports related to mold downtime, including mold changes, mold failures, mold cleaning, and other production interruptions.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, HSE, and General Affairs departments regarding production support activities.
- Monitor and maintain workplace organization and housekeeping standards (6S).
- Work closely with Mold Shop, Quality Assurance Center (QAC), Development, and other related departments to resolve mold-related issues.
- Review and verify driver training reports and related records.
- Ensure production processes comply with ISO requirements and documented procedures.
- Support external audits and prepare relevant production documentation when required.
2. Mold Management
- Monitor mold repair activities and update repair status reports.
- Manage mold storage and warehouse organization.
- Evaluate new molds and report findings to the Supervisor and Management Team.
- Verify mold conditions before production release.
- Develop, update, and maintain injection parameters and processing conditions for new molds and existing test molds.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure molds are properly maintained and available for production.
3. Process Flow Chart (PFC) Development & Maintenance
- Develop and update Process Flow Charts (PFC) for new and existing products.
- Collect and verify preliminary product information.
- Research and compile technical data including:
- Drying temperature
- Drying time
- Spraying parameters
- Cycle time
- Mold size
- Other relevant processing requirements
- Prepare PFC documents according to company standards and templates.
- Obtain review and approval from the Manager before releasing documents to production.
4. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Management
- Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
- Study and document standard work methods for each product.
- Take process photographs and collect supporting information.
- Verify product quality requirements and specifications with QAC.
- Document standard workflows in accordance with company formats.
- Coordinate review and approval processes before issuing SOPs to production departments.
5. Production Documentation Control
- Prepare and update supporting production documents, including SIC and other related work instructions.
- Collect and verify technical information such as:
- Material specifications
- Mold information
- Product dimensions
- Injection parameters
- Drying conditions
- Other process requirements
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, current, and properly controlled according to company procedures.
6. Product Identification & Label Preparation
- Prepare and update product name labels.
- Collect and verify product photos, material information, and other required data for accurate labeling.
7. Inventory & Equipment Control
- Monitor and control inventory of production consumables and equipment, including:
- Gloves
- Oils
- Scissors
- Pliers
- Drills
- Other production accessories and tools
- Ensure adequate stock availability and proper usage control.
* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh (Hang Xanh - Thu Duc)/ Dong Nai (Bien Hoa) to Long Thanh Industrial Zone
