Production Line Leader

• Responsible for on‑site production management and daily line operations.
• Monitor and control the production process to ensure smooth and stable operation.
• Ensure efficient production and effective quality control on the production line.
• Promote lean manufacturing practices and coordinate with cross‑functional departments.
• Handle production abnormalities and prepare related reports in a timely manner.

• Working experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Responsible, with basic communication and execution ability on the production line.
• Lanague: basic English /or Chinese communication skill.
