Manage all activities belonging to production - Mixing, Filling and Packing
Production scheduling, manpower planning
Drive operational efficiencies and cost optimisation: Automation, OEE, Loss Management, Manufacturing Variable Cost (MVC) be leveraging SFC (specific fuel consumption), SPC (specific power consumption), SWC (specific water consumption)
Responsible for food safety and quality: GMP, Food Safety & Quality control SOP creation – updation – compliance.
People management: Develop and lead workmen to ensure achievement of plan objectives. Drive member engagement, mindset change management, manpower planning for fulfillment of production scheduling, labour productivity.
New products development (NPD): Coordinate with NPD task force and work closely with R&D for developing product manufacturing processes, capability gap and fulfillment actions for ensuring right product and OTIF launch.
Compliances: Drive awareness and compliance to regulatory and company policies on safety, quality, food safety, commercial and HR

Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Work experience of 8 years in manufacturing, out of which 3 years should be in food processing industry
Working knowledge and implementation of GMPs, SSOP, HACCP, OSHAS and FDA
Experience and Knowledge of production & people management practices and principles
Problem solving skills – knowledge of six sigma is preferable along with good excel skill
Commercial acumen
Self-motivated with high levels of result orientation
Ability to work with cross functions, and get desired results for organization.
