Production Planner (NV Kế Hoạch Sản Xuất)

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day production planning and scheduling activities, ensuring customers requirements are produced to enable timely delivery.
• Responsible to monitor and evaluate raw materials, manpower planning, production recording and follow up.
• Production planning according to capacity and 100% capacity utilization in minimum cost.
• Setting production target and archive on time.
• Follow up sampling, pre-production activities: Material, sawing, boring, turning, gun drilling, milling, laser welding, straightening, grinding, shot peening and finishing processes according to plan.
• Update production schedule time to time according to the current situation.
• Work with implement planning and reduce plan and actual gap.
• Distribute production planning to all related production staff and meeting with Sale, Technical and Quality department.
• Monitor daily production and tracking all activities for the production workshop staff to make sure they following to the plan.
• Check the data in Visual software to ensure the employees send accurate data.
• Working with Leadmen and QC team about the production lead time and monitor trims-accessories and tools-fixtures manufacturing in house status.
• Supervising over filling in production documentation by production staff
• Control material flows and optimize WIP.
• Create job card (drawings, request forms, cutting slip for issuing material)
• Ensuring the strictest and highest confidentiality is adhered to at all times  
• Ensuring all compliance and ethical practices are fully adhered to

Job Requirement:

Background /qualification: University/ College degree of Technical/ Industrial

Experience: Minimum 2 years experience at the same position in manufacturing company

Special skill:

• Good at working in team and be able to build up good relationships with workshop staff
• Fair English communication, writing, reading
• Competent in Microsoft office
