Job Summary:

Manage 1 production shift, responsible for quality, waste rate, output, performance, delivery time, 5S, Safety. Work with other functions to improve quality, performance and reduce production costs.
Description:

- Distribute the number of people according to the arranged plan to best meet the quality and performance during the production shift.
- Monitor and improve KPIs to achieve production department goals.
- Ensure the given product standards.
- Collaborate and drive improvements together with relevant groups.
- Support and training for line leaders, ensuring workers are fully trained and skilled before being put on the production line.
- Ensure workers comply with company rules and regulations, maintain and develop quality and 5S in the work area.
- Responsible for people (line leaders, workers): Recruitment, training and capacity assessment
