• Carry out 5S, maintenance on production equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition in order to meet the organization’s objective and goal.
• Implement TPM methodology to ensure consistent machine operating condition and high standard of housekeeping of machine and vicinity.
• Understand production process, operation manual, production standards, relevant documents in production process.
• Team up with equipment/process engineer on chronic equipment failure through appropriate trouble-shooting and continuous improvement methodology.
• Maintain effective records on production equipment logbook on equipment failure, investigation and corrective action taken.
• Comply with safe work practices.
