Project Engineer

· Engage with international customers to understand their requirements and address any queries related to projects.

· Process technical proposals, purchase orders, and contracts through meetings, emails, or phone calls for international customers.

· Ensure that technical issues, weights, prices, and contracts are up-to-date.

· Source vendors and suppliers in the construction, mechanical industries and building materials sector, both domestically and internationally.

· Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and subcontractors to guarantee timely deliveries.

· Monitor ongoing projects to ensure their successful completion.

· Maintain the highest level of customer service while optimizing cost efficiencies.

· Provide weekly/monthly reports to the manager.

· Stay informed about new products and features.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·         Work experience in sourcing and sales, or project management within the construction, mechanical industries, or related fields. Open to fresh engineers.

·         Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner.

·         Hands-on experience with customer services and MS Office. Ability to read technical drawings is a plus.

·         Capability to work under strict deadlines.

·         Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

·         Strong communication and time-management skills.
